Hello there,

First of all, CPHQIP Is Club Penguin Headquarter Improvement Project. Here what we are going to do:

- add ranks
- Need new banner (transparent and nice as flat)
- Make ad banners
- Get more people
- Update the forum

That a lot to do. this event starts aug til aug 30! affraid that a month. please check the caldener in your home and see what day.
